Chengdu Huaying Consulting and Service Co., Limited, founded in 1992, is an accredited consultancy for overseas study and migration approved by China Ministry of Education and Ministry of Public Security. The self-sponsored overseas study service is authorized by China Ministry of Education and Ministry of Public Security (Accreditation Cert. No. Jiao Wai Zong Zi Ren Zi [2000]136), the migration and the application service for exit/entry visa on private purpose is authorized by Sichuan Provincial Department of Public Security ( Accreditation Cert. No. Chuan Gong Jing Zhun Zi [2010] 2714 ). Since its foundation in 1992, Huaying has helped students going abroad to realize their dream of overseas education. At present some of them are studying at overseas institutions, some have completed their study and been back to China to explore their career, and some others have migrated to another country with much achievement.

Education is a fundamental task crucial for generations to come. The future target of Huaying is to engage in the internationalization of education to provide Chinese students with opportunities to absorb the outstanding culture throughout the world and to cultivate plenty of talents with international vision and background, as is also the engagement in the modernization and revival of China. We are always clear in mind that our undertaking is improving the nation’s quality and for the benefit of the country and the people; and we fully understand our mission and responsibility. In 2002 Huaying worked with Shude High School to establish Shude High School International Department. Since then Huaying began to engage in the internationalization of education. Through the introduction of quality programs and education ideas from abroad, we provide the students with a quality education platform that integrated the educational essence of China and western countries to cultivate internationalized talents with global vision and background.

For eight years, on the road of education internationalization, we have attached much importance not only on the academic result of students, but also on the cultivation of their morality and behavior. We advocate “being refined before work” among the students, emphasize the importance to be grateful, tolerant and responsible, and the importance of team spirit,, endurance and the habit of being frugal. For eight years, thousands of quality students have finished the study at Shude International Department and developed well at home and abroad. Witnessing the admission of our students by top overseas universities and the achievement they made at home and abroad, looking at the gratified smile of their parents, the pride of making achievement and sense of vocation upraise in our mind. Huaying has completed the transformation from an agency of study abroad to the undertaker of international education.
